Thank goodness for dear friends!

I have been a poor sleeper for many years since being diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 1994. Along with pain, insomnia, night sweats and migraine headaches, I would awake in the morning feeling like I had been to a slumber party - without all the fun!

I never, ever felt fully rested.

Well, my good friend gave me a pair of jammies to test and I thought, why not? I have nothing to lose.

To my great surprise I slept all the way through the very first night I wore them!! Needless to say I was thrilled to feel rested and to think this just might work!! I loved Goodnighties!

I was hoping this wasn't a placebo effect when I inadvertently conducted my own "control" experiment. One night I put on a cotton nightgown I had in the drawer and went to bed. The next day I noticed I was achy and really dragging. Then I realized I'd worn a non-Goodnighties gown! That was a year ago February and I've slept in Goodnighties exclusively ever since!
